Certain products benefit of a warranty period of longer than 1 year. These products have a round icon with a number inside next to them in our catalog.
2. Product warranty
Before sending back your damaged product, please contact our Customer Service. Please send all original accessories (e.g. cables, cable holders,...) that came with the product.

If spare parts are still available, we can still order the repair of your product.
Quotation: You wille always receive a quotation. We wait for your approval before repairing your product. If the warranty period has been exceeded, you should take into account 75 euro inquiry costs. This will always be charged.
